Personal Training and one-to-one Weight Loss Behavioural Coaching

If you are looking for a little extra motivation and attention or groups just aren’t for you, personal training and/or one-to-one coaching AntiDiet behavioural weight-loss coaching is also available.

Personal Training is available to ALL and though I specialise in weight loss, I have experience training clients with a variety of needs and goals including those who have never exercised or have injuries, older people, athletes training for events and people who want to put on bulk and improve strength.  This type of work is great for getting results quickly because there is nowhere to hide, I will push you hard (if that is what you are after) and hold you accountable. On the other hand if you would like some more focused attention because you are completely new to exercise or recovering from injury and don’t feel comfortable in a class-setting we can also start there!

One-to-one Behavioural Weight Loss Coaching is a more focused approach than the AntiDiet Weight Loss & Wellness Programme or the 28-Day Plan and I will work closely and confidentially with you to help you meet your goals and conquer your ‘food demons’. I work using based evidence-based models from Health Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which I also use in my work with NHS obesity services.

If you would like to work one-to-one with me you can choose whether you would like to have personal training, behavioural coaching or a combination of the two... a bespoke version of my Weight Loss & Wellness programme.

Packages: are £420 for 10 1-hr sessions or £600 for personal training for couples.

One off sessions are priced at £50. I travel to you (or a park near you for PT).
